Institutional work

The association works with all its staff members to achieve institutional stability by following a set of work systems (policies, rules and procedures), working to achieve the goals, in line with the vision of the association.
And it has – like other associations and institutions – an internal system that organizes its administrative affairs and its executive procedures.
Where the internal regulations regulate the election of the administrative body and the supervisory body, which takes place every 3 years in light of an expanded meeting of the general assembly of the association, which helps the association to get out of the sphere of traditional and individual management to the space of the shuratorial work that achieves its sustainability and development.
The association takes decisions collectively, not individually. There is no room for individuals to dominate except with limits of powers according to specific controls and mechanisms to control the decision-maker’s authority. In implementing its projects and services, the association relies on proper planning, accurate evaluation, and treatment of deficiencies and errors wherever they are found, with a focus on priorities. .
The institutional approach in the association helps to choose competencies that have clarity in visions and strategies, and have sufficient ability to analyze the factors affecting the performance of the association and formulate goals, encourage innovation and stimulate energies for work, and work to develop themselves and others.
